Mariah came to our house to photograph our family, including a 5 year old and 6 month old. We were drawn to her work, especially candid photos of families just being families. I have to admit that Mariah was so casual and unassuming while at our house I didn't think it was possible that she got any decent pictures. I was completely wrong. The pictures are gorgeous and truly capture the essence of our family... playing, laughing, nursing, etc. We did a pregnancy shoot before the baby came with another photographer and while those pictures are great, these are way more "us". We can't wait to have her back!

Mariah came to our house to take newborn photos after my son was born and we were definitely still adjusting to our new family of four. Right away, Mariah really put us at ease. She is warm and friendly and we felt comfortable with her from the get go. My toddler was playing hard to get on the day of our session, but Mariah was patient, fun and creative in finding ways to capture smiles and sweet moments. I will forever cherish the beautiful photos she took during such a special time in our lives. We are looking forward to having her take more photos of our family for years to come!

The first few days after coming home from the hospital are a whirlwind, so we felt very unprepared for an in-home newborn shoot. The moment Mariah arrived, all of our apprehensions went away. She was so kind and wonderful with our newborn, she wasn't bothered by our excited puppy or our messy house and most importantly - the session was stress free and the images came back better than we could have expected! We've since had a lifestyle shoot with Mariah and again she was a natural at capturing those little moments that are so special. We look forward to working with Mariah in the future!
